Can anyone assist with my A33 issue? I'm getting a notification saying my charging port is wet or that there might be foreign matter in the port it only happens when my phone is off and I put the charger in. It doesn't happen when it charges while the device is on. I need a know if theres a way to remove it completely
Hi good morning,do you perhaps have a hairdryer if so, use it to dry the charging port,point the hairdryer to the charging port for about 10 second it should solve your problem.
Hi,my fone was in the pool a week ago for 10 mins I've done the basics it's still doing that... but like I said only when I turn my device off to charge if its on charges as normal
