Turn it off from samsung Max app

Just downgrade to Basic plan .

plz pless and hold the home screen you will find wallpaper click on that there you will find dynamic wallpaper plz off that will solve ur prblem bro...plz mark as solution

it's not related to dynamic screen.

go to samsung max VPN then go to setting,u will find an option for plans there u select basic plan,

hope this works for u !
