Hope everyone is well , I updated my samsung GALAXY A20S to android 10 but I cant use or install from some apps such as : secure folder , samsung always on display , game launcher and other Samsung Apps .
Please help me with my problem this mobile is made of INDIA the name is GALAXY A20s please help me with my issue how I can use from those interesting apps .
take a backup in smartswitch in PC-> Power off-> press power and volume up button for 10 secs-> a window will appear-> select reset by pressing volume down ( this is hard reset hence data in SD card will also be lost, so take backup in smartswitch PC by installing smartswitch in PC) -> restore data from smartswitch
after power off you have to press power and volume up button untill the samsung screen appears then you release them...then recovery mode appears. but first take backup in smartswitch
