Can anyone help me with cam 2 api enableing with A7 (2016).

I only have legacy camera support.

Can we update it to level 3.

yup , you can do that by flashing some camera to api enabler using twrp or any custom recovery, a specific zip file for your A7 or by gaining root access and tweaking build.prop...............search all these stuffs in xda you will find some way🙃

camera 2 api is software. But if you mobile camera cannot make use of it then it is hardware limitation. You cannot do anything. Just buy a new mobile.

camera 2 api is present in android 6 or 5 onwards.

im running nougat 7.0 but still it shows leagacy on cam 2 probe

yup rooting is not safe in Samsung because of knox and also there are not many developers for exynos processor who develops camera2api enabler zip for exynos based smartphones............and now days all phones camera hardware are capable to support camera2api but Samsung limits that.
