My handset is Samsung A51. My camera picture ratio is 3:4. I want to change it to 3:2. Is it possible ?

no its not possible,

since the sensor dimensions is roughly 3:4, ..you cannot change the dimensions to 3:2

the only option is to crop the image after clicking
