Hello my friends, After updating my phone to android 12 one ui 4.1, my Auto HDR mode is not working on camera app . That's why photo output is getting too worst , get blurred in the high light areas and low light performance isn't getting good so please Help me .My phone name is Samsung Galaxy A51 Android 12 one ui 4.1.😊😊😊

Your smartphone is only eligible for Android 12 update. But the is in testing period and incomplete update with bugs. So you have to wait until they make a complete update and add it to the completed update list. It is a bug. Bug means problems in programme or application (app).

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1: Check the physical condition of your camera lens. if the camera lens is broken or scratchy then please visit the nearest service centre.

2: Check camera lens cleaning: Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera. Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

3: Reset camera settings: Camera >> Settings >> Reset Settings >> Tap on Reset

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
