Calling issue after ui update 3.1 and android 11 in A80

Im facing calling issue after ui 3.1 and android 11 update in my device A80. Whenever there is im recieving call the sound is getting delayed with 10-15 sec after connecting moreover the call is getting hung up automatically. I thought its may be problem with my network so i have changed the sim but still the problem is arising with other network  carriers too. If any one has any idea please do share asap. Thanking you in advance.

It's not a network issue, it's an software update issue because at same time every a80 devices having same issue after update.

I'm getting below issues. 

Call delay/ hang app for around 10 to 15 seconds after picking up.

Inappropriate call recordings as well.

Please bring new bug update asap.

Its pure update issue don't try to make it network issue.

I have exactly same issue with my A80 after update of ui 3.1 and android11.

1) 10 second delayed of voice after connecting and no signal sound(calling sound)

2) Also, sometimes I can't hang off the phone whatever I do.  I need to turn off the phone and turn on again every time.

Do something SAMSUNG  Right now!!!

yess even I am facing the same issue , moreover apps are crashing multiple times and System UI is also stopping when there is an incoming call...

Y so Never expected from Samsung
please Team @samsung send an Update to fix this ASAP

I am facing the same problem. 

Since I have done the software update,  I m not able to attend incoming calls,  problem in sound

Try this method its working for most of the people

Repair App - No Data Loss

1. Turn Off Your Handset
2. Connect with Ear head or USB (Connected with PC/Laptop)
3. Hold Power & Volume UP Until recovery mode screen
4. Select Repair App
5. Once completed, Select Reboot
