Call recording option is missing in A52 5G after receiving an update. This inbuilt feature was very useful for me to record the phone calls. Dear Samsung Community, please help to solve this problem.

It's there on my A52s5g. You sure you are not using wifi calling?

Yes i turned off wifi calling

The 3 dots on top right side has the option of call recording.

I had this option before updating. After receiving an update, this option is not available

Clear data of phone app and then restart your phone once. lets try this method.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G 8/256Gb. The menu option Settings > Mobile Networks > VoLTE calls (enable/disable) is not available. My provider has enabled VoLTE but the option is not there !!!   I suspect it has not been imported to Greece legally.

Call record option has gone after updating in 5 june 2022 in my galaxy A9 2018 smartphone.

Please fix the problem asap.
