Call recording now start ??? in samsang A55 (galaxy)

I want to know weather call recording starting in A55 series or not ???, ( please note my mobile purchase from middle east and i am now in Asia Pacific (india) permanent..

For devices purchased outside, 'Record calls' feature is disabled by default. You will need to change the phone's CSC (Country Specific Code) to India.

Who can do it ??? ( Change CSC) IN Ahmedabad Gujarat
