Call app lag while calling after Android 12 update (Feb security patch)

I had reported this issue to samsung care almost a month back but no action. Having huge delay while calling. The select sim option is coming after 5-6 seconds!! If anyone knows how to resolve, will be great help.

Check space availability:

Is there sufficient space available on your device?
Kindly check the space on your device:
Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage

To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least a ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.

Kindly check RAM in your device:-
Path: Settings>Device care>Memory.

To improve the performance RAM of the device should be free. So, clear the RAM memory once a day.
Check app cache
Does the device hang while accessing any particular Application/Game etc?

Please follow the below steps
1- Clear app cache through Device care:

Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Device care.
Step3: Tap on Storage.
Step4: Tap on CLEAN NOW.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).

That is not the solution you have provided...😡😠😤

Why all customers reporting same issue you have to think about that. Since android 12 update this issue started. In my home total 4 samsung phones having same issue. Exactly what the video shows. I have researched on that issue it's clearly bug in samsung calling app. If we change with any other calling app (Google calling ... etc)  it's working fine. I thought this bug will fix in Android 14 still the issue is exists. I also many times complained about this issue with samsung support first of all they can't understand the issue, even they understand the issue thy simply provide predefined solution steps. They will not take any serious action on that. And they will not escalate the issue with development/bug fix team. Please make a permanent solution for this. This issue makes big disgusting to us. Because in hurry if you want make a call youe have to wait min 30 to 40 sec or more time till the dialer appears. Please understand the situation please fix the issue ASAP.
