 I don't see a call recorder option in my menu setting, how can I fix it?

I dont think call recording is available on US region devices

VISIT NEARBY SERVICE CENTER AND INQUIRE ABOUT
THIS AND ASK IF THEY CAN INSTALL INDIAN FIRMWARE AND CSC CHANGE TO INDIA

Not in the main Settings app... Open Phone app, touch the 3 dots and check in its settings> record calls> ....
