C type earphones not working with galaxy m40

I am using samsung c type earphones that came with the phone on galaxy m40 itself and everytime i connect it shows "charging connected device is USB" instead of playing songs....but the earphones are working fine with other phone...any suggestions ????

And I purchased a c type earphones is not supported to my phone

My earphones have damaged.so can i get a new earphones of the same quality and the same brand of it...???

Once I connect headphone connector it shows USB not supported. How to resolve this issue so that I can use 3.5 MM jack headphone.
