There are few reasons...One Common now a days is if you are Using "Aarogya Setu" Aap...It Needs Bluetooth to be in Enable state, Even if you disable Bluetooth it automatically enables it as soon as you Open the app..Else if you are not Using then the above mentioned reason may also cause this Issue...

Thnx..Bro..But Continue with this App and Don't uninstall the app..Since it Connects with Surrounding People (120-150) to get the data of your Location in terms of Risk zone due to COVID19.. And also it accesses your location of your Smartphone..To get idea of where have you gone or stayed at home location..If you move to some other place where there might be high/mid risk zone to get idea of your Health..Also needs to test again if you move somewhere else then your home and you feel (But I pray to god that you never feel Such issues, but for knowledge) Fever/Coughing/Sneezing etc..So it get idea of individual people as well as that of location due to Bluetooth & Location Sharing....Thnx..Bro...If you Feel I have provided you the right Information then Click three dots on side of My Comment and select "Accept Solution" so others also get aware about this current Bluetooth issues and about this Apps working Module...🙏🙏

I stopped using samsung but even though I am using another brand phone right now it worked! We have an app called Hayat Eve Sığar (Life fits inside home) that does the same stuff so I deleted it and it worked!

Goto settings>connections>bluetooth>3 dots>advanced> and check the bluetooth control history by apps.
And then you can take action as per your wish.

Or you can goto settings>general management>reset> and reset network settings.

Close all recently used apps first then turn off Bluetooth.
