Biometric problem

I am using A50 phone. When I am using launcher other than one ui and locked the phone by double tapping and after when I try to unlock only pattern will show. And instruction written as you cannot use biometric due to security reasons. So please anyone give solution.

Don't use any other ui. BECAUSE IT Is harmful to any device.

It's because,you might have enabled double tap to lock in the launcher(ex. nova launcher,cpl launcher) using device administration permission.So if you turn off using that launcher it will show this message and you cannot use biometric.
If you want biometric and double tap to work use accessibility mode/screen timeout to turn off the screen(most launchers provide this alternative way).
