Battery decrease

I faced a problem. When my phone  have 15% charge it turns off in only 1/2 minutes.

Another problem is when i restart my phone sometimes battery percentage increase or decrease. 

So what can i do now to solve this problem?

I am guessing you accidentally exposed your phone to water which could have caused the malfunction.

Or your battery might have reached its charging cycles.

Discharge your phone to 0% and leave it in a box of rice for 1 night then charge to 90% without switching it On.

If the problem still persists, there is an issue with your phone's battery. Please go get it checked at your nearest service centre.
