I have A23 4G mobile and BSNL SIM
BSNL supports 4G and VoLTE
But in my phone it is not showing and during calls it os downgrading to 2G and no internet is available during calls
Tested things:
Have My phone A23 and BSNL SIM1(5G)--VoLTE not working
Took other phone A14 5G and BSNL SIM2(4G)-- VoLTE working
So I tried to change my SIM
I kept my sim in A14 there VoLTE is working
Now tried to keep BSNL SIM2 in my phone A23, surprisingly its working
Now after keeping my sim in my phone a23 not working
Conclusion:
Other BSNL sim working on both devices
My BSNL SIM working on only A14 5G not working with my A23 4G
NOTE: PLEASE DONT ASK TO RESET AND CLEAR CACHES AND ALL AS I SAID IN ABOVE CASE 2ND SIM ALSO SHOULD NOT WORK IF MY PHONE SETTINGS ARE NOT PROPER. BUT 2ND SIM IS WORKING AND MY SIM IS WORKING IN OTHER PHONE ALSO SO HERE THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH SIM ALSO

You've conducted thorough testing with different phones and SIMs, and the issue seems to be specific to your A23 4G phone with your original BSNL SIM.
Given that:
- Your BSNL SIM works with VoLTE on the A14 5G phone.
- Another BSNL SIM (SIM2) works with VoLTE on your A23 4G phone.
- Your original BSNL SIM doesn't work with VoLTE on your A23 4G phone.
This suggests that the issue might be related to the specific combination of your A23 4G phone and your original BSNL SIM.
Potential Causes
1. *SIM-card specific issue*: Although you've mentioned that the SIM works on another phone, it's possible that there's an issue with the SIM-card itself that's specific to your A23 4G phone.
2. *Phone-specific configuration issue*: There might be a configuration issue on your A23 4G phone that's preventing VoLTE from working with your original BSNL SIM.
3. *IMEI or device registration issue*: It's possible that there's an issue with the IMEI registration or device registration on your A23 4G phone that's causing the problem.
Next Steps
1. *Contact BSNL support*: Reach out to BSNL support and explain the issue. They might be able to help you resolve the problem or provide more insight into what's going on.
2. *Visit a Samsung service center*: Take your phone to a Samsung service center and have them check if there's any issue with the phone's configuration or hardware.
3. *Try a different SIM slot*: If your phone has dual SIM slots, try switching the SIM to the other slot to see if that resolves the issue.
