Bixby is only for S8 and note8 cuz the have the bixby button, but you can get it by apk's or rooting.

I tried it, download Bixby home, and open it by using Activity launcher, set it up and you're good to go. It'll replace the Flipboard panel in the homescreen though it will SIGNIFICANTLY make your device slower and stutter alot.
