If I understand correct you want know the capacity of current state of device/battery. For that you can check accubattery or you can purchase a USB tester price start from 200/- inr.

Yes i agree with you if Samsung provided it will be great.
As of accubattery it was 88% when I purchased M30s in jan. So I used power meter then and USB tester which I shared in my previous comment. Both gave full charge 0-100% of 5200mah capacity though typical was 5830mah. So I went to service center showing my readings and then they gave me written statement with stamp valid 2 months that " if SoT is below 13hrs then we will replace battery". Till now I never got below 13hrs. Usually it gives 15-16hrs on full charge and 7-8hrs on 60% discharge..
Accubattery now after 7 months shows 87% and 5097mah. And meter shows 5100mah.

Also for each charge cycle capacity will be reduced. In technical terms 80% charges uses 0.25 cycle but 100% uses 1 cycle count from battery. So, I keep and suggest to charge upto 80 and keep between 20-80=60%. Even if you like that twice 60+60=120% only takes 0.20+0.20=0.40 cycle from battery which is better than 1 full charge= 1cycle. And battery life automatically increases. ✌️✌️
