Samsung support still speak with you but they are very rude behavior and no fruitful steps after report also. and when i go to realme care for replacement of screen they say rs 8500 is neeed with discount we give it to you at 8000 and my elder sister with same mobile after 10 min they say 6800 is neded😂😂😂 the funny is here no discount😂😂
