Automatic Disconnection while charging

Try some basic steps
1. Change cable
2. Change adapter
3. Check same cable and adapter with different devices
4. Reboot device in safe mode and check if you can charge there
5. Go to settings then apps search for USB settings then clear data of it.

Once try all these and let's see.. If all this doesn't work maybe port issue visit service center

Touch and hold power off logo until you see safe mode..

thanks bro.. I tried but didnt worked..
but its charging by connecting to my laptop but only charging can't detecting the device

So same cable can be used to charge with laptop, right ?
Did you try using any other adapter?

yes I tried charging my phone from another samsung charger but its not charging.. Actucally yearterday in the morning in the notification panel there was a notification saying "USB DISCONNECTED" but the thing is that at that time I had not connected to any usb cable after that this prblm started bcoz before this I had charged my phone yesterday in the mrng n that time there were no such problem..
