Auto option in screen refresh rate

I am currently using A52s 5G and i feel that there should also be an option to set the screen refresh rate to auto instead of only high and standard, as using the phone on high refresh rate drains battery much faster whereas in standard it feels choppy(as i have been using 120Hz so 60 Hz now feels slow). But can't continue to use it else I'll have to charge my phone atleast 3 times in a day considering my usage patterns 😅

You can use bixby routine for that

I have tried using that but most of the apps I use I have set to high refresh rate so I found absolutely no point making refresh rate routine 😅
