Please give a solution i am also done clear cache, clear data and reinstall all app but problems are not solved.

These all are bugs. You can't do anything.
Just wait for the next update.

Update those apps or all both Google-based apps and system-based apps to the latest version whether in the PlayStore or Galaxy Store, then reboot/restart your device. Reboot/Restart your phone once or twice, everyday.
System UI even gets crashed, so be careful using third-party apps, visiting unknown links/websites, and performing Developer Mode (as a brotherly advice).
