But the secure folder has an issue of OTP SMS not working for payment.or banking apps

yes, Secure folder doesn't work for banking apps. Samsung should provide an alternative to lock apps with a pin/biometrics outside secure folder..much needed. Have to rely on 3rd party apps.

I think they don't care about customer issues.
