Still i am not getting the android 13 update in my A52 4g is their anybody knows why the update is delaying for somepeople who are using A52 4g ?

Can i get the update in service cntr without loosing my data ? Will they take any charges for that ?

You will have to take backup as of all data can be deleted
If you have under warranty then free of cost or if u dont have warranty then you will have pay rs 200 to 300
