Android 13 update

All A52 has got android 13 not mine. Why??? Mine is still stuck at androandroid 12

Before doing hardset backup ur data including photos mp3 in sd card or through smartswitcg connect to pc

Same thing samsung customer care agent told me but it's too far away from me gotta wait for some days man

Do safe mode by pressing power off icon
Or do vipe cache partition through recovery mode.

I guess I need to take my phone to smasung service centre or should I try updating it manually with pc
