The issue might be caused by an unofficial app or a sideloaded APK.
Think back—did you install any new apps recently from outside the Play Store? Try deleting anything you don’t recognize or use.

Here are a few diagnostic steps to help you identify the culprit:

1. Check for suspicious apps:

Go to Settings > Apps, and enable Show system apps.

Look for any app with a blank white icon, no name, or strange characters. If it looks off and you didn’t install it, delete it.

2. Battery and crash report check:

Open Device care or Battery & device care.

Tap on Battery and check for apps with unusually high battery usage or frequent crashes. If anything stands out, especially one you don’t remember installing, uninstall it.

3. Check app permissions:

Go to Settings > Security & privacy > Permission manager.

Look for apps with permissions they shouldn’t have (like camera or location access for a calculator app). Revoke or remove suspicious ones.

Once the dodgy app is gone, restart your phone. If the issue continues, consider scanning your device with Google Play Protect or a trusted antivirus app like Malwarebytes.

Let me know what you find and I’ll help you further if needed.1753331672694.jpg1753331672709.jpg1753331962010.jpg1753331962023.jpg
