We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
1. Go to Settings > Lock screen > Always On Display, make sure you've turned it on, and confirm the option you've chosen.
2. If the AOD still isn't working, go to Settings > Device care > Battery > Power mode and make sure none of the power saving modes are selected.
Settings>Apps>select top right three dots>show system apps>select Always On Display>select Storage>select clear data. You will have to reconfigure your Always On Display options.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
