All my messenger are unable to download media file automatically A6+

Dear all please help me

I am using Galaxy A6+

None of my messenger like whatsapp , Facebook messenger is auto saving media file. I have tried with whatsapp and Facebook they have checked my settings are correct. But still media file is not downloading. 

Can you please help me whether it is a phone OS settings problem.

Dear All,

By solving this problem, I find out one solution, use multispace app in playstore Download and install it then clone the whatsapp, and mark it as a shortcut to homescreen to avoid ads.... and enjoy it...
