The alarm doesn't works when the phone is switched off. This is totally disgusting. Other brands does this job easily. Samsung should bring these changes in next update soon.
i don't think a switched off phone is like a dead body it's more like a sleeping body. it still has the 🔋 battery within itself so how can anyone say it's dead. i feel so low when i see such small but essential features missing in my a71 after upgrading from my old phone.
We would like to inform you that alarm will only work if there is charge in the battery when it's in switched off mode if not then alarm will not going to work kindly check with it and check with the sound as well: Apps > Clock > Alarm > Add > Set time >Alarm type(increase sound accordingly) >Enable Increase volume.
