People update the alarm system to work even when the phone is off because sometimes we forget to charge an fall asleep and we going to work the following day so it doesn't ring when the phone is off and its a problem 🙃 🙂 😅

Well just to back you up, even if it does remain with power it isn't enough for the alarm

Try and see if you can program your phone to go to an extreme power saving mode automatically using "modes and routine". I've set my phone to use low power mode at certain times of the night when I know I'll be sleeping.
