1.reset all setting
2.remove samsung account
3.restart
4.add samsung account
5.restart
Than no issue

If you can,please format,or hard reset your phone.
This is totally unimaginable .
I hope you did take the official OTA.
Then how can they say that their own software is unauthorized?
Please transfer things to any SD Card and then reset.
