No apps are installing even from play Store

Do factory reset once. It is recommended to do f reset after every major OS Upgrade.

Only above issue that I have observed
What I done is
1st updat OS
2nd update app from playstore
3rd update Samsung store
Then I restart my device

Also, I observed fast battery drain too, but it is to hurry if I comment today
