Adaptive brightness option gone

Hello friends, 

I am an old user of samsung phones, but this samsung A34 i bought in 2023.

After few months option of adaptive brightness is "vanished".

Service centre was keep saying to wait for an update.

Its android 15 now, but still it is "vanished".

Please help me if you have any idea about it.

Thanks, i did that all, even service centre did that too, they even reinstall the operating software, nothing...

I did that holding brightness bar, i did hard factory reset, i did device health reset, even service centre csnt find adaptive brightness option, and remote assistance also cant find that option in my phone,
Service centre advise me to change the mother board.
My other old samsung are still working fine, but i think, samsung build this board as cheap quality board.
Half price samsung Phones are working better then this.
