I have a phone. And the modle is samsung galaxy A7(2018) but it doesn’t get the android 10 update.

My phone has no root acces.

According to Samsung Member's notice it'll rollout on April 2020 in Bangladesh region.

average result of Android 10 update for a7 is very bad. you should not update your handset.
