AUTO RESTARTING IN A53

My Galaxy A53 5G is getting automatically restarted after the ONE UI 5 update. Sometimes after i attend a call or in between a call the phone gets automatically restarted and even after the update the phone is much more lagging and even on home screen and cleared RAM i have face many frames dropped
