Thank you for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. Please follow the troubleshooting steps which are mentioned below:
* Check in which particular time the handset is getting restarted ( for ex: while browsing the internet, while speaking on the call).
* Check if your device is auto-restarting after installing any particular application. IF yes then check device by uninstalling that application.
*After doing the above procedure, kindly restart your device and check the performance.
*If still issue persists, we request you to operate the device in ‘Safe mode’ as steps are mentioned below:
You need to restart your handset by pressing power key.
- When Samsung logo appears on the screen long press volume down key and keep pressing it for a few seconds.
- You will see a safe mode label at bottom left side of the device screen. my phone J5 16, also restarting automatically any time, I.e. browsing or calling etc.
