ADB shell and Debugging

Anyone knows how to use ADB shell command and grant app permissions via USB debugging?? If anyone pls comment..

I m not able to install ADB shell.. Google me solution nhi mila. isliye to yha pucha

For the ADB shell command to work properly you need to install android SDK on you PC, enable USB Debugging on your phone, Test ADB and install your phone's drivers(if required)

when I click on adb shell app file a window like command prompt appear and suddenly disappears.

ensure that you are in ADB' folder and open a command prompt there whenever you want to use. If you add it to your Windows system Path, then that won't be necessary. You can just type adb from the command prompt
