A73 sim one not working

Been having a problem with sim one on my new A73 ,the sim works for a bit then completely cuts out and says no service, but sim two works 100%

Hi there try removing the Sim and insert it in another device. If the problem still persist call your network provider.

Also if you brought your phone from a network provider, they may want thier simcard to be in slot 1, then put the other in slot 2

Maybe it's your sim card tray ...I had the same problem on my a33
