A73 model WIFI connecting issue in public / Office network

Unable to connect to public wifi network always asking to install mobile Mac address in wifi device 

.?? Any solution for this ???

Try with any other phone and see if its a phone issue or the issue is with the public WiFi.

install "google carrier service app" which is missing after update, then i think problem will resolve...
