A73 appear a green light

Yesterday suddenly appear a green light on my samsun A73 smartphone and I tried several things for resolve the issues but it's doesn't work and samsung customer support team failed to resolve the issue can anyone tell me regarding this issues and they said to me people spread a rumours regarding the Samsung A73 appear a greentlight 

Now I can't buy the samsung phone and not recommend anayone to buy the phone such a pathetic services

Do not worry, Samsung had this issues,hence oneplus admitted their mistake coz they got it from samsung themselves,in other words don't think of spending anything 🙏

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
