The camera quality got degraded after the update. The colours of the picture got under saturated and the photo looks very unnatural. And while using snapchat, the camera is black and white only. The filters are usless using a black and white camera on snapchat.

The love story between camera degradation and software updates is a better one than Twilight(in almost all Samsung phones).

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Check the physical condition of your camera lens.

1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.

Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera.

Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

If the issue has not been resolved then Reset camera settings
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step2: Tap on Settings.
Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step4: Tap on Reset.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Ask questions).

Hi Samsung community, 


Has anyone of you faced major issues like Heating / battery drain / motherboard related issues / charging issues etc., after the one ui 5 update? Please let me know if you experience such issues in the future. I haven't updated my A73 5G yet. Your response is highly valued. Hence requesting your help in making an informed decision whether or not to update my A73 5G to android 13. Please help.
