A71 calling/speaker issues

 These instructions do not coincide with the options when you get into settings of the A71.

As well, why are we supposed to default to 3g/2g when it's a 5g phone?  And, why wouldn't the carrier we got it from tell us this?

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

 

2. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

a71 in India is 4g phone and the moderator saying to set the network connection to support all three of them.

Bro there are two models of A71. One which is available only supports 4G. The one which is going to come supports 5G and that model is A71 5G.
