A71 Play store Issue

Google play store apps update stops downloading updates when screen turns off in Samsung a71. Kindly suggest is this happens to everyone??

same here on a51. sometimes playstore don't update any apps or a particular app even when the screen is on.

this is not an issue with your handset
this may due to playstore itself, and sometimes if you set battery at power saving mode
so to ensure try after sometimes if still problem persists then try yo clear cache and data from playstore or if you set at power saving mode then change it and observe

hi there. battery is on optimized mode and not on power saving mode. does it happen due to this??

no if its on optimize mode then its not due to it.

check after some times may be playstore itself cause of it

long press on playstore icon >app info>mobile data> check background data allowed or not, if not allowed then allow for playstore
and if all are in good then its only playstore problem
