A71 One UI 4.1 Update

Another week has gone by, and still no update for the A71 in South Africa. This despite it being due back in April already??

Samsung WILL lose me as a customer now. This poor software support, coupled with EVERY Samsung phone I've ever had having issues, is to blame.

I've asked them and they cannot answer. Gave some sob story about how releases aren't pre-timed, yet they promised an April release 🙄

That is weird. My A71 received One UI 4.1 on 31 May. What phone do you have and where are you?

I am using A71 4G version SM-A715F Vodacom XFV single sim version South Africa

Wow, sorry to say but something is wrong. My A71 on Vodacom got the October 2021 security patch and then One UI 4.1 with April 2022 security patch. My advice is to take your phone into a Samsung customer centre
