Galaxy AIf your phone is misbehaving, it's possible a third-party app (or apps) is crashing the device software.
Safe Mode lets you operate your phone without running any third-party apps. This allows you to easily remove any app that may be causing a conflict or software problem.
To run Safe Mode on your phone, follow these steps:
Power off the phone.
Power on the phone. The Galaxy logo displays.
When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the volume down button.
'Safe Mode' is displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen.
To exit Safe Mode, restart the phone. When it reboots, it will no longer be in Safe Mode.
if the issue is still there Report an Error using the Samsung Member Application
Launch Samsung Members app.
Tap on Support, scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.
Choose a Category below.
Make Sure That Send System Log Data is selected to help resolve your questions quickly and describe your problem in detail.
Change the Frequency to Whichever You Prefer.
You Will Get a Response Notification Shortly From Samsung.
