Hi, mine did the same when I had it for about 2 months. I took it in to Vodacom where I got it and they asked if I was using non Samsung cable and adapter to charge which I told them no. I gave it in, and after 3 weeks I got it back. Have not had an issue since. If I remember correctly they said something about software & chip crashing. Best to get it checked out. Just to add it all started after a system update.
