A53 - Restarts Automatically

A53 has been constantly restarting the last few days.

It seems like a One UI crash since its the first screen that pops up when pressing the power button. 

I am due for an upgrade since April but don't seems the need for it.

Sometimes when it restarts it show one ui optimizing apps

Update your phone to the latest update.

Follow this direction in Settings.

Settings > Software update > Download and install.

My phone is already on the latest version released.

I have also tried the troubleshooting steps provided on the eu.community website this morning as well

While you are using it. It restarts or only when left for a while.

When I'm using it and sometimes when its left alone. I haven't updated the software yet

Check this in the Settings app. Follow this direction.

Settings > Device Care > Auto optimization > Auto Restart.

Must I turn it off

It's off. It hasn't restarted for a while now while it was just sit there. When I use it itndoes restart. I think it's when it gets hot I think
