What is your csc? Is it for your region? In my case it's XAA

It's XME/ XFA cause XFA is S.A ryt ...don't know if it's ryt and I don't have a PC to change my csc

My guess is you've never received an update on your device as you have XME for Malaysia &XFA for South Africa...

I'd suggest changing the csc or flashing your device with the latest XFA firmware.... from there update should start coming via OTA

Flashing it to the lasted XFA firmware ...how do I do that, u mean wiping my phone completely?

Cause I can't change the csc without a PC 🙇‍♂️and I don't have one

Well not sure abt that bcos it's a second hand device...can I change the custom rom?
