Slow charging 9h 40m till full

Dispite using the right charger my galaxy A15 charges really slow it takes 9h 49m for it to be full i have tried a battery reset but still, what could be the major problem?

I think with if the charge is not original the product of you fone, you need meet a wather

It's either the charger or the phone is not original , ensure that Ure using an original Samsung charger or cable that came with your device

Verify that the fast charging option is enabled on your device. Navigate to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings, and ensure that Fast charging is toggled on.

also my galaxy a15 it jst charge 7 hours out of the blue
