I use this phone with case.
I removed the cover for sim change, but the back panel also got removed.. I was shocked at first how this happened. 😳
Thank god I never dropped my phone in water.. I was thinking Nothing will happen to my phone even if in water but no bro.
2nd day I visited Samsung authorized service center vedant services, near karve nagar, pune. They charged me rs.370 for pasting new tape and chacked the ip test.. my phone passed in that test..
So after coming home with trust of Authorized service center had tested and rated ok for ip rating.. I washed my phone with some water.. minimal water used because service center ppl made phone dirty.. and what I see👀
My phones all lenses became foggy 🤯
So I again visited the service center and showed them the problem.
They said we can't guarantee about water damage even after water test pass.. and again charged rs.180 for checking their mistake..😡😡
So I bring my phone back with me.. totally frustrated by this 😤
Camera glass is also weak now.. it can be easily removed from back panel😖😖
Now i will need to change whole the back panel which costs around 2k.
What you guys think?? Is it fair??? Such service from Samsung?? I was using Samsung from guru series 2008.. and this is the face of Samsung today😑 just pathetic.
